Section 5(1) in The Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (Degree) Vidisha (Prabandh Grahan) Adhiniyam, 1987
(1)The State Government shall, as from the appointed day, appoint a person or a body of persons as the Administrator for the purpose of taking over the management of the Institute and the Administrator shall carry on the management of the Institute in accordance with the advice of the Advisory Council.
