Section 314(1) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)The owner of a building shall, within a period of seven days of the receipt of a written notice from the Commissioner, supply such information with respect to such building or its occupants as the Corporation may prescribe [by bye-laws.] [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 13 of 1961.]
