- Rules 150, 151 and 154 supra shall apply mutatis mutandis to the transport of country spirit between distilleries and warehouses. A pass in triplicate shall be prepared on prepayment of transport pass fee at the rate prescribed under Rule 16 (b) of these Rules by the officer-in-charge of the distillery or warehouse when any spirit is issued for transport to another distillery or warehouse. One copy of the pass shall be forwarded to the officer-in-charge of the distillery or warehouse to which the spirit is to be transported, the second copy shall accompany the consignment, and the third copy shall be retained for record.
