Section 18(1) in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
(1)With effect from such date, as the State Government may by notification appoint, there shall be established a Board for the purposes of this Act to be called the Punjab Infrastructure Development Board:Provided that till the Board is constituted under this Act, the Board already established under section 3 of the Punjab Infrastructure Development Act, 1998 (Punjab Act No. 1 of 1999) shall be deemed to have been constituted under this section.
