Section 2(c) in THE ASSAM PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARIES (APPOINTMENT, SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 2004
(c)'Parliamentary Secretary' means a Member of the Assam Legislative Assembly appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary under this Act by the Chief Minister;
