Section 8(b) in The Industrial Statistics (Labour) Rules, 1954
(b)As and when the systems of wages and allowances are revised detailed statements should be submitted showing the changes for various occupation, rates of dearness and other allowances and the methods of their computation giving in each case the position before the change and after the change the date, on which the change takes effect and the number of workers affected by the change.
