Section 6(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy and Collection of Fee and Charges by State Load Despatch centre) Regulations, 2007
(1)The annual SLDC charges as determined by the Commission shall be allocated between the Beneficiaries using the intra-State transmission system as may be decided by the Commission from time to time;Provided that the charges shall be apportioned on the basis of contracted transmission capacity.
