Section 7(1) in The M.P. Pariyojana Ke Karan Visthapit Vyakti (Punhsthapan) Adhiniyam, 1985
(1)The Resettlement Commissioner may, subject to the control of the State Government by an order in writing delegate such of the powers and duties conferred and imposed on him by or under this Act to such officer of the State Government as may be specified in the order.
