Section 50B in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
50B. Continuance of the existing Statues and Regulations.
- All the Statues and Regulations made under the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982 and in force immediately before the commencement of the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (Amendment) Act, 1998 shall so far as may be consistent with the provisions of this Act, continue to be in force in each University after such commencement.
