Section 8(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1995
(1)Whoever is guilty of any act or intentional omission Contravention of any of the provisions of thus Act, or of any rules, notification or order made, issued or given under this Act, shall be punishable with imprisonment for term which may extend to three month or with fine which may extend to rupees twenty five thousand, or with both.
