Section 19(1) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(1)The bye-laws of the Society shall specify the frequency and the manner in which the meetings of the Governing body and general body shall be held, so however that the Governing body shall meet at least once in every three months and general body shall meet at least once in a financial year.
