Section 27B(1) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities (Hill Stations) Building Rules, 1993
(1)The Collector on receipt of the recommendation of the District Committee for Architectural and Aesthetics Aspects may either approve the proposal with or without such modifications as he deems fit or reject the proposal.
