Section 41(1) in Rules under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
(1)An application for restoration of name under the proviso to sub section (2) of Section 34 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 shall be accompanied by the original registration certificate and the fee prescribed therefor in Rule 47.
