1. Pursuant to Order dated 19.04.2023, the Registrar (Writs) of this Court received a communication from R.R Hospital that the said hospital does have a facility of Psychiartist.

2. Accordingly, we hereby direct the Medical Superintendent of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital to constitute a Board of Psychiartist and get the petitioner examined. The report of the same shall be handed over to the respondents.

3. The respondents shall facilitate examination of the petitioner done in the said hospital and the respondent after taking the date from the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital shall communicate the petitioner and accordingly the petitioner shall appear as and when called by the hospital.

4. The whole process shall be carried out within four weeks from today.
