Section 42(2) in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
(2)If an employee who has undergone sterilization operation is discharged by his or her employer during the period specified in sub-section (1) the employer shall pay such employee wages payable during leave period in respect of the period of special casual leave which the employee was entitled to at the time of his or her discharge.
