(1)The [State] [Word Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may provide and maintain together with the necessary furniture, equipment and establishment, one or more vagrants' homes at such place or places as it thinks fit and such vagrants' homes may include provision for the teaching of agricultural, industrial or other pursuits and for the general education and medical care of the inmates.
