Section 7(1) in The Orissa Glanders and Farcy Rules, 1941
(1)When an Inspector seizes a horse, he shall present to the owner or person in charge of the horse a notice of seizure in the form set forth in Schedule II, a notice in the form set forth in Schedule III and a printed copy of these rules.
