Section 3 in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1969
3. Repeal and Saving.
(1)The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Prevention of Disqualification) Ordinance, 1968 (Rajasthan Ordinance 3 of 1968) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
