Section 7(2)(i) in The U.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1964

(i)An application for the grant of a duplicate licence shall be made to the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Cotton), Uttar Pradesh, by the owner or lessee of the cotton ginning or pressing factory, as the case may be, in the form in Schedule G.
