Section 43(1) in The Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012
(1)Every recognised stock exchange and recognised clearing corporation shall furnish to the Board its annual financial statements and returns as per rule 17 and 17A of the rules.
