% 08.07.2020 This hearing is conducted through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the respondents have urged that the issue regarding the Open Book Examination to be held from 10.07.2020 has also been raised in W.P.(C) No.3946/2020 and the matter is part heard by a Bench presided over by Ms.Justice Prathiba M. Singh and is listed today at 4:00 PM.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that a different issue has been urged in this matter.
In my opinion, the entire issue pertains to the Open Book Examination to be held on 10.07.2020. It is appropriate that the Bench of Ms.Justice Prathiba M. Singh who has partly heard the similar matter may also hear this matter.
Subject to the orders of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, list this matter before the Bench of Ms. Justice Prathiba M. Singh, today i.e. 08.07.2020 at 4:00 PM.
