9. Constitution of the Board of Examiners.
(1)A Board of Examiners shall be constituted for State consisting of the Chief Inspector of Boilers, the Deputy Chief Inspector, or an Inspector nominated by the Chief Inspector and not less than three other members having adequate theoretical and practical knowledge of modern boiler technology including accessories, instrumentation and control and prime movers, to be appointed by the State Government from time to time.(2)The Chief Inspector shall be the ex officio Chairman and the Deputy Chief Inspector/Inspector shall be the Member-Secretary to the Board of Examiners.
