State of Tamilnadu - Subsection

Section 53(1)(ii) in The Bharathidasan University Act, 1981

(ii)is a registered graduate of any University in territory of India, shall be entitled to have his name entered in the register of graduates maintained under this Act, for a period of five years on payment of such fee and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the statutes.
