Section 335(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)The Chief Officer may, in order to facilitate the service, issue, presentation or giving of any notice, bill, summons or such other document upon or to any person, by written notice, require the owner or occupier of any immovable property or of any portion thereof or the owner or person incharge of any movable property to state in writing, within such period as the Chief Officer may specify in the notice, the nature of his interest therein and the name and address of any other person having an interest therein, whether as freeholder, mortgagee, lessee or otherwise so far as such name and address are known to him.
