73. Serving of tea and snacks at the work.
- At a building or other construction work where a work place is situated at a distance of more than zero point two kilometers from the canteen provided under sub-rule (1) of Rule 71, arrangement shall be made by the employer employing building workers at such place for serving tea and light refreshment to such building workers at such work place.
