Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent
to order for removal of the first respondent from the post of Vice
Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University,
Nagapattinam - 611 002 conducting due enquiry of the various
complaints which were made against the first respondent.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to order for removal of the first respondent from the post of Vice Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, Nagapattinam - 611 002 by conducting due enquiry into the various complaints made against the first respondent.
2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent has already attained the age of superannuation.
3. In view of the abovesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition since the incumbent to the post of Vice Page 2 of 4 http://www.judis.nic.in W.P. No. 24994 of 2019 Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, Nagapattinam, has reached the age of superannuation.
4. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
