Section 4(1) in Coal Blocks Allocation Rules, 2017
(1)The Central Government shall prepare a written dossier that is, the block dossier for each coal block, based on the information available with the Central Government, which may include,-(a)particulars of the coal block, including the geographical area, coal reserves and other geological information, as available;(b)particulars of reconnaissance operations, prospecting operations or mining operations, as may be applicable, conducted earlier by any person in reference to the coal block.
