Section 3(1) in The Gujarat Professional Civil Engineers Act, 2006
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf, there shall be established a Council to be called the Gujarat Council of Professional Civil Engineers.
