14. Proceedings etc. before the Commission.
- The Commission may from time to time hold hearings, meetings, discussions, deliberations, inquiries, investigations and consultations, as the Commission may consider appropriate in the discharge of its functions under the Act. The Commission may appoint an Officer or any other person whom the Commission considers appropriate to participate and assist the Commission.
