Section 141 in The Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007
141. Receipts for payment of amount due.
- Every person making a payment towards any money due for the recovery of which application has been made under these rule shall be entitled to a receipt for the amount signed by the Recovery Officer or other Officer empowered by the Registrar. Such receipt shall state the name of the person making the payment and the subject matter in respect of which the payment is made.
