34A. [ Power to award remuneration for auditing accounts. [Section 34-A inserted by Act VII of 1989.]
- When accounts are exhibited by a guardian of the property of a ward in pursuance of a requisition made under clause (c) of section 34 or otherwise, the Court may appoint a person to audit the accounts, and may direct the remuneration for the work be paid out of the income of the property.]
