170. Penalty for removing fence, etc., in street. -
If any person, without lawful authority, -(a)removes any fence or shoring-timber, or removes or extinguishes any light, set up under section 59, or(b)infringes any order given, or removes any bar, chain or post fixed, under section 60, sub-section (2),he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
