27. Accounts and Audits.
(1)The Metropolitan Authority shall keep accounts in such form and in such manner as it may by regulations made in this behalf determine.(2)The accounts of the Metropolitan Authority shall be audited by the Chief Auditor, Local Fund Accounts or by any other auditor appointed by the State Government from time to time.(3)The audit shall be made in such manner as may be determined by regulations.(4)The auditor shall submit his audit report to the Metropolitan Authority and shall forward a copy thereof to the State Government.
