The High Court recorded the statement of the petitioner that she would surrender before the competent court and apply for regular bail.

Having regard to the above statement which was made before the High Court, we deem it appropriate not to Signature Not Verified entertain the Special Leave Petition under Article 136 of Digitally signed by SANJAY KUMAR Date: 2019.11.07 16:00:53 IST Reason: the Constitution. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, two weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and apply for regular bail. If an application for regular bail is filed within two weeks, the same be considered expeditiously.
