Section 4 in Bihar and Orissa Places of Pilgrimage Act, 1920
4. Application for licence.
(1)The owner of any house may apply to licence such house for the accommodation of pilgrims.(2)Every such application shall be in writing in the writing in the prescribed from, and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee for inspection of the house by the Medical Officer of Health.
