9A. [ Amenities to Chairman of committees. [Inserted by Rajasthan 7 of 1969.]
- Every Chairman of a Committee of the Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to a free telephone and such postal facilities as may be prescribed.Explanation. - For the purpose of this section, "Committee of the Legislative Assembly" means any committee which is appointed, elected or nominated by or under the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly.]
