Section 4(2)(a) in Kerala Forest (Regulation of Sawmills and Other Wood-based Industrial Units) Rules, 2012

(a)such sawmill and other wood based industrial unit shall be allowed to continue in the present location only if they satisty the general and special conditions specified under these rules for grant or renewal of licence;
