Section 2(1)(j) in Bhadohi Industrial Development Area (Preparation and Finalisation of Plan) Regulations, 2003

(j)"Public Use" means the use of any land or building or part thereof for public benefit whether the entry and use is regulated by any charge or not and land appurtenant to such building and for such other uses incidental to a public use;
