(3)All the proposals, applications and options received for transfer and details of vacancies in remote and accessible areas shall be placed before the committee constituted for this purpose by the concerned department. The certified list of employees eligible for transfer according to aforesaid Sections 9, 12 and 13 shall also be placed before the transfer committee.
