Section 12(1) in The Rajasthan Lands Summary Settlement Act, 1953
(1)Where any area of land included in or forming part of a State-grant is brought under summary settlement under this Act, the person holding such area shall be liable for expenses incurred in the completion of summary settlement therein:Provided that the State Government may remit all such expenses or a portion thereof in deserving cases.
