Section 35(1)(i) in Rajasthan Women Empowerment (State and Subordinate) Service Rules, 2017

(i)such an appointment shall not be continued beyond a period of one year without referring the case to the Commission for concurrence, where such concurrence is necessary7 and shall be terminated immediately on its refusal to concur.
