Section 15(i) in The Special Accommodation Rules, 1959
(i)If an officer fails to accept the allotment of a residence allotted to him under these rules within 7 days after the date of allotment or fails to move to that residence within 10 days after the date of allotment or within such extended period as may be granted by the Estate Officer on application-
