Section 15E(1) in The Goa Public Health Rules, 1987
(1)The Director may, after satisfying the requirements specified in rule 15D, grant a permit for operating ambulance van for a period of five years. The Director may also refuse the application if the applicant fails to rectify deficiency in the application within a period of seven days thereof.
