224. Constitution and extent of application.
[Section 213]. - The rules in this Chapter shall apply to all the officers appointed under Section 213 who shall be under the control of the [State Transport Controller] [Substituted for 'Transport Commissioner' by Haryana Notification No. S.O.131/C.A.59/1988/Ss.28, 38, 65, 93, 96, 107, 111, 138, 176 and 213/2003 dated 29.10.2003.] (hereinafter referred to as the officers of the Motor Vehicle Department).
