Section 14(h) in U.P. Non-Governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition, Administration and Services Regulation, 2016
(h)A Scheme shall contain specific provision for speedy decision of dispute relating to right of management also regarding management of the institution during the period of dispute.
