Section 23(1) in Maharashtra Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1942
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be institute against any. public servant of person duly authorised under this Act in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
