(2)No person shall, -(a)In contravention of any prohibition made by the Chief Officer of the Municipality under section 444 use any portion of any river or any place not vesting in the Municipality for any purpose mentioned in that section; and(b)Contravene provisions of any notice given by the Chief Officer under clause (c) of sub-section of section 444 for the use of any such portion of any river or any place for any such purpose.
