Section 139(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)where stacking, un-stacking, stowing or un-stowing of construction material or article, or handling in connection therewith cannot be safety (sic safely) carried out unaided, reasonable measures to guard against accident or dangerous occurrences are taken by shoring or otherwise to prevent any danger likely to be caused by such handling;
