Section 28G(1)(a) in Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973

(a)willfully obstruct any person acting under the authority of the Board in setting out the lines of any works or pull up or remove any pillar, post or stake fixed in the ground for the purposes of setting out the lines of such work, or deface or destroy any work made for the same purposes; or
