(2)Where it appears to the State Government that the child is cured of leprosy or of unsoundness of mind, he may, if the child is still liable to be kept in custody, order the person having charge of the child to send him to the Special School or Children's Home from which he was removed or, if the child is no longer liable to be kept in custody order him to be discharged.
